Get in the kitchen with someone you love and share the experience of learning new recipes and cooking skills, along with an incredible wine tasting to pair with your meal, from Gordon Ramsay's restaurants.

Let's create some love in the kitchen as you join us for the ultimate Valentine's Day dinner experience. Not only will you end up with a delicious dinner to enjoy together, and get to learn some incredible wine tasting techniques, but you'll have learnt some brilliant new skills to ensure you can keep up your joint cooking passion at home.
You'll be cooking along with lots of other couples and friends - we think the more love to share the better!
You'll join our chefs in the kitchen as you work together to create a speedy dinner for two. With a perfect handmade pasta (with a Valentine's surprise!) this is the dish that will definitely impress! To finish off, what could be better than digging into an indulgent pudding... giving up the last spoonful is a real show of love.
When you sit down to enjoy your meal, our top sommeliers will take you through a paired wine tasting to accompany your meal. You'll learn some key tasting techniques to help you choose your perfect wine matches when cooking at home.
You'll sit down with fellow classmates to enjoy your beautiful dinner over a glass of wine.
This class is suitable for anyone you share a passion for cooking with, bring loved ones, family or friends and let's celebrate something special.
Class starts: 6.30pm, arrive anytime from 6pm to check in at reception
Class finishes: 8pm, stay to dine as a group with your class or take home the dishes you’ve made
Class size: Maximum 12 guests per kitchen, working in pairs. Dining will be together as a group - no tables for two I'm afraid!
Typical recipes and skills (we’ll cook the best available on the day, so we might surprise you!):
- Dinner cooking class to make a main pasta dish with sauces and garnishes
- Indulgent pudding to share
- Sommelier wine tasting to pair with your meal

- Takeaway containers to take your creations home in (although feel free to bring your own or a cool bag if travelling far)
Gordon tries to visit the Academy when he can and loves following what you’re all cooking on social media. Our classes and events are hosted by brilliant chef teachers who will be passing on tips and tricks from Gordon, as well as tons of knowledge from their own experience in restaurants and kitchens around the world.

Anyone! You can book as an individual, couple or as a small group and we have specific kids, teens and family classes for ages 6+. All adult classes are suitable for age 16+.
If you have any accessibility needs or if there's anything we can do to help make your experience more comfortable, please let us know in the booking form or give us a call to chat through.
Our classes are aimed at helping everyone grow their confidence in the kitchen, whatever your level of experience. The most important thing is that you love food and are willing to give it a go!

We unfortunately cannot guarantee an allergen or nut-free environment in any of our kitchens.
We’ll provide you with an apron on the day and recommend comfy clothes and flat, closed-toe footwear (sorry, no big heels or flips flops!) as you’ll be moving around and on your feet quite a bit in the kitchen.
All equipment and ingredients are provided, as well as takeaway containers for any food you want to take home with you, although feel free to bring your own containers or a cool bag if you’re travelling.

Great idea! We’ve got several gift voucher options starting from just £10. All e-vouchers can be emailed over instantly so make great last-minute gifts.
If booking a specific class or event on behalf of someone else, please ensure you provide their details and requirements in the attendee part of the booking form.
Lucky you! Simply put the voucher code into the Promo/Voucher code box during checkout and the voucher amount will be taken off your order. For full details on how to redeem your voucher, please see our How to redeem a voucher page.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed against one order (including any classes, events and products but excluding gift vouchers) – we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or credit for any outstanding balance.
No problem. We understand sometimes things come up unexpectedly - please just let us know as soon as possible and we'll always try and reschedule your booking to another date if we can.
You can call us on 020 7352 2442, email us on woking@gordonramsayacademy.com or amend your booking in your account up to one week before the class start time. If there are no other suitable dates available or you'd like to switch to a different class or event, please get in touch with our team.
Due to the preparation required for classes, we cannot guarantee being able to reschedule any bookings within 48 hours of the class start time.
Bookings can only be refunded if cancelled more than 14 days before the class. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
