Lazy brunch: Boston baked beans

We’re travelling Stateside for inspiration in this brunch cooking class, with a recipe for your own homemade baked beans. Trust us, these are worth the effort – and it’s not a lot of effort at that! Dolloped on crispy potato cakes we think this will become a new weekend favourite you’ll be cooking on repeat at home.

What to expect

Start the weekend off in the best possible way with a Lazy brunch cooking class. We’re taking it easy in this fun 90-minute class, making sure you’ve got a delicious brunch to enjoy at the end and setting you up with all the recipes and skills you need for stress-free weekends at home.

You’ll be guided by our chefs in cooking these saucy, flavour-packed beans, which are so much better than anything in a tin… plus, we’ll pass on plenty of tips for the perfect crispy-on-the-outside and soft-in-the-middle potato cakes.

All ingredients and kit will be ready for you, plus recipes to take home after you’ve sat down with your classmates to toast your success. If there are any leftovers, you’re welcome to take those away with you, too.
