What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

So many of our favourite recipes come from America - the home of crowd-pleasing, fully-loaded and down-right delicious food! We've chosen a few recipes that are ideal for sharing to set your teen chefs up for cooking for themselves and friends.

The perfect sofa snack, party food or even an easy dinner, we'll get them making properly loaded, cheesy potato skins with a quick beef chilli, then finish up with a super-fun monkey bread made of delicious, sugary cinnamon dough balls. There'll be plenty to take home along with recipe packs in their Academy bag.
