What to expect

Our Masterclasses are the perfect opportunity for you to master one particular dish or skill, all within a relaxed 3-hour class.

Our aim is to take the fear out of fish – there are so many delicious and healthy possibilities, we want you to be confident cooking it more and more at home. We’ll start with some different preparations, looking at raw tartare or quick-cook fillets, plus how to prepare shellfish like mussels.

With plenty to taste as you practise these techniques, you’ll also learn some classic recipes that we hope will become new favourites, too.
