What to expect

Our Wine Tasting Evenings are for anyone and everyone who enjoys wine! From your first sip as a beginner to deep-dives into particular grapes and growers, our interactive tasting evenings will help you discover a bit more about what goes into every bottle, and more importantly, a bit more about what you really like.

The world of wine is so huge, there are sometimes too many choices and it can be difficult to know where to start when looking at a wine list or shop display. Our team are here to help you break down those fears and learn to look at wine in a more approachable way.

You'll join us in the stunning Academy Demonstration Kitchen for an intimate tasting experience. Our team will lead you in tasting a couple of different red and white wines and explain the different flavour profiles you might find.

Our chef team are also on hand to provide some edible tasters as well - ingredients, nibbles or small dishes that enhance or contrast the wines.

You'll end with new knowledge, and possibly some new friends and fellow wine-drinkers as well!
