Gorgeous fluffy bao buns have been so popular with our guests this year, our chefs decided to have a bit of fun with them for Christmas. In this 90-minute cooking class, you'll have time to make your own fluffy bao dough to shape and steam, ready for some delicious festive fillings.

There'll be spicy turkey, zingy sauce and red cabbage pickle to make these buns fully stuffed, ready to eat for dinner with your fellow guests and a glass of wine. Alternatively, you can always pack up your buns to take home and share.
