What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

In this quick curry class, our chefs will guide you through making a traditional marinade for your chicken before cooking it in its rich sauce to serve alongside an exciting vegetable side packed with flavour and quick pancakes for scooping it all up.

Time for a drink and your well-earned meal, or you can pack it up to take home, along with your recipes, to take home if you prefer. Either way, you’ll learn a new dish, get dinner and not have to worry about the washing up!
