What to expect

Our Masterclasses are the perfect opportunity for you to master one particular dish or skill, all within a relaxed 3-hour class.

This beef Wellington masterclass will set you up for a proper feast at home. You’ll follow our chefs in preparing perfect layers of herb crêpe and rich mushroom duxelles to encase your seared beef.

Once you’ve wrapped your Welly in pastry and decorated it beautifully, our chefs will make sure you leave confident to cook yours at home and give you plenty of inspiration for sides and sauces to go alongside it.
