Our Junior chef classes have proven so popular, our chef team have been creating brand new classes to meet demand! These now include pastry, American-style and vegan classes, plus new all-day classes in the school holidays.

THE ACADEMY SUPPORTS NHS CHILDREN'S DIABETES PROGRAMME
The Academy has partnered with NHS Frimley Trust hospitals to support local teens with diabetes. Led by Head of Culinary, Rob Cottam, who is diabetic himself, the classes inspire the teens to have confidence in the kitchen.
