What to expect

Our Ultimate day classes are an amazing opportunity to really focus on one ingredient, technique or cooking style. We want you to leave full of confidence, knowing you’ve got the skills and understanding to keep cooking your own ultimate dishes at home.

Making your own bread is a great skill to learn and this baking class will start you off with making simple doughs then turning into delicious bakes - from Italian focaccia and flavoured buns, to tear-and-share flatbreads and sweet, buttery brioche.

With plenty of delicious bread to eat, you’ll enjoy a light meal together as a class, but there will be lots to take home with you, too. You’ll also have your recipe pack, plus some great arm muscles from a day of kneading!
