What to expect

With our Taste of… classes we want to get you excited about some of the amazing food that’s being cooked all around the world. There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavours to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.

Jerk chicken is one of the most well-known dishes to come out of the Caribbean and our easy version is inspired by some of the classic herbs and spices that are found in traditional Jamaican recipes. By learning about the balance of fiery Scotch Bonnet chillies with aromatic thyme and picquant allspice, you'll be ready to explore more recipes in your own kitchens.

To complete our Caribbean-style feast, you'll also be cooking up fantastic sides including fried plantain, and finish with something fruity, sweet and probably soaked in rum! This class will barely scratch the surface of the incredible food that can be found across the various islands, but we know it will inspire you to want to cook more!
