What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

During this 90-minute class, we’ll focus on making sure you know how to get beautifully tender, moist, flavour-packed chicken with the crunchiest fried coating. You’ll leave confident in how to deep-fry your chicken and chips and have your recipes at hand to practise any time you want at home.

We’d love you to share your meal and a drink with us, but you can always pack it up as your own takeaway instead.
