It's time to dig out your pudding bowl, grab the spices and get ready to stir-up your Christmas pudding with us on online! We'll make sure you're all set for traditional festive treats with your own pudding and mincemeat ready for December.

What to expect

Our Christmas cooking classes are not only the perfect opportunity to have some festive fun in the kitchen with friends and loved ones, but will also set you up with essential recipes and new ideas to make this Christmas the most delicious one yet.

We are excited to join up with you wherever you are in the world this November to celebrate Stir-up Sunday together. Whether you go all-out for the traditions or not, it's the ideal time to get ahead by 'stirring up' your Christmas pudding and mincemeat, ready for December.

You'll join us through Zoom from your own kitchen and cook along with our chefs as they take you step-by-step through these classic recipes. If you've never made your own before, this is the perfect time to give it a go!

We’ll email you all the details in advance so you can shop and prepare in plenty of time, then in the class you can just concentrate on cooking along with the chef and your fellow classmates. 

You'll end with your pudding prepped and ready to cook on the big day itself, and a batch of boozy homemade mincemeat ready to bake into mince pies...

Class details

Class time: Sunday 20th November, 2pm-3.30pm (please note, all times are for UK/London)

Please join the Zoom call 10 minutes before the class starts, with all your ingredients ready

Class size: Maximum 16 households (one booking = one device login) – take over the kitchen by yourself or it can be fun to cook as a couple or family

Typical recipes and skills:

  • Traditional Christmas pudding - preparing the pudding and getting ready to cook on Christmas Day
  • Mincemeat - a batch of fruity, boozy homemade mincemeat that's packed with flavour and ready for mince pies and festive bakes
