You'll be greeted by the incredible 22 Bishopsgate and Lucky Cat teams on your arrival, then our amazing chef teachers will be taking you into the Academy kitchen to guide you through every step of your cooking class and dining experience.

Andrew Roberts
Head Chef
As Head Chef of both London and Woking Academies, Andrew loves meeting and teaching guests in both locations, guiding the culinary team and ensuring everything is to Gordon's standards. Favourite kitchen gadget: Microplane.

Having been with the Academy since day one, Clare is incredibly proud to head up 22 Bishopsgate alongside the original Woking location, and is always working on new and exciting projects to come. Favourite kitchen gadget: Electric whisk.
